Job Overview
The Frank Slide Interpretive Centre welcomes thousands of visitors each year and we are looking for engaging and enthusiastic individuals to assist with the position of cashier for admissions and gift shop!
Duties Include:
- Opening and Closing of the Gift Store.
- Collecting admissions to the Centre.
- Accurately record purchases using point-of-sale system.
- Ensure the Gift Shop is stocked and cleaned.
Assets:
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Experience with cash handling.
- Knowledge of the Frank Slide and area.
- Knowledge of crystals and rocks.
- First Aid Certification.
Rate of pay of $20.00/hour. (Store discounts of 20% are offered for cashiers). Employment is from May 1, 2026 through September 1 , 2026. Hours of work will include weekdays, weekends and alternating holidays. Training in a supportive environment will be offered.
